The ministry of whocares is fully established under the management and administration of Alphax college who cares group(AcWG) a body that oversees stipulation and equal but necessary administration of rights within the college square.

2.to work with the group and college management to ensure rights and regulations of any college based and student based group or organization are fully followed .
3.to help surface the needsa of our sisters and address them within the boundary of holiness and righteousness,working with the guidance and counselling department.
